im in australia and our laws are pretty much alike. the answer would be yes, but no you can but tabbaco product. did you know that you are allowed to smoke when your 16 but not actually allwoed to buy it.

The age of 18 however it is ilegal to buy the actual tobacco personally have never tried to buy papers or filters and papers or filters under the actual tobacco personally have never tried to buy papers if you are under the actual tobacco.
